lp title should be varied to "the booker t. set" with the space between the "t." and the "set" as per lp labels (and the lp sleeve, though it's much less obvious on the front of this).
mod edit: corrections made including B1 originally being listed as A6 so the whole B side was out.
ppint.edit: gah! how did yr hmbl srppnt. miss that ?!!!
(previous track references corrected to match)
track b6 composer credit is representation of label credit according to 45worlds (& 45cat) rule;
but the uk label composer credit is itself wrong, and should have been "r., o. & r. isley"
which would separate out into "r. isley, o. isley, r. isley"' by the 45worlds (& 45cat) rule.
Not a 1968 release; the labels say (P) 1969, and the original US release was at the end of May 1969, this was one of the 27 albums included in Stax's massive promotional campaign that month. Plus, the Discogs entry for this version mentions that there is a date code 6911 on the back cover, so November 1969.
There is a bit of a mix up here with the Catalogue numbers ....
The Catalogue number which is on the back cover scan ... 2362 012 is that of a re-release of this, after distribution of Stax in the UK changed from EMI to Polydor, probably issued in 1971.
The Catalogue number this has been entered as .... SXATS 1001 .... belongs to the first UK issue of Booker T's "Soul Limbo" LP. Looking on Discogs the first UK issue of this on Stax(distributed by EMI) in 1969 was SXATS 1015
