I had a mint copy of this which I sold about 5 years ago, it was a first press and had an embossed sleeve

My UK disc comes in a US (embossed natives and snake) sleeve with white SYLA 8763 sticker over US cat. no.(though that remains on the spine) under logo centre (center) left rear cover.

If my eyes do not deceive me, with concentration, that is the sleeve here, minus the sticker!

I wonder how long EMI kept this in print, seeing as Asylum and Elektra moved (or, in Elektra's case, moved back) to WEA as of the beginning of 1976? (Elektra moved to EMI UK in 1973 at the same time as the Elektra/Asylum merger and David Geffen's elevation to chairman, apparently to avoid any perception of a conflict of interest if the two labels stayed with separate distributors).

Yeah - my sleeve and the record are in quite good nick really, although it has been played a lot, but on good stereo equipment. Since I've had the CD, the record hasn't been played very much.
All my Joni Mitchell LPs were bought at the time of release.
Incidentally, one of the images is upside down. I've submitted a change.

Nice to see a well-preserved sleeve of this fantastic record. Mine, bought at the time of original release, has better-preserved vinyl than cover. It's been played many. many times!
