This was a free record included with the Longines membership kit. The kit included a certificate, a "Guide To Fine Records" booklet, a preview club membership card, a postage-paid return envelope, a pad of label/stickers and a 4 page flyer detailing this record and club membership info. Except for the sticker pad, all these documents are Canadian and direct the member to "Symphonette Square, Bramalea, Ontario". The sleeve and labels read "Symphonette Square, Larchmont, N.Y.". A Longines custom printed, plastic lined inner sleeve houses the vinyl.
