Notes

Disc is generically labeled "Golden Winners" with a catalog number listed as "T-1892-1906" and matrix numbers of "T1-1892" and "T2-1892". The disc was packaged for radio stations across the US and each station was given it's own catalog number (In this case, for instance, WPRO 630am in Providence, Rhode Island).

The cover was constructed using a back slick with no catalog number, and a front slick custom designed for each separate issue (with the only appearance of any catalog number printed on the top right of the color front cover slick.
