On this LP, "The Tears Of A Clown" was first issued. After this tune became a # 1 success when issued on 45 in 1970, the title of the LP was changed to "The Tears Of A Clown" but the reissue labels still showed the original title of the LP. Sadly, when this LP was reissued, no mono copies were pressed because mono LPs were discontinued shortly after 1968.

 The mono mix on this LP of TEARS OF A CLOWN features a completely different lead vocal than the stereo mix, which features the vocal that would end up on the hit single a few years later.
