All tracks are previously unreleased.

Tracks on side A and track B6 are recorded live at The Jade Room, 1966. Balance of tracks on Side B are as follows:
B1: A living room practice recording prior to the Blacknight 45.
B2: Intended as one side of the group's first 45, but not released.
B3: The other side of the unreleased record, song evolved into "Crackin' Up."
B4/B5: Studio practice recording of later version of the band under new name.

Detailed liners are uncredited. According to the liners, both Boz Scaggs and Steve Miller were briefly members of this group!
