Recorded Direct-To-Tape on June 17th, 2013 at Third Man Records in the Blue Room.

The sleeve prints credits for "Chained To Love" which does not appear on the album and omits writing credits for "What Gets You Alone".

Aprrox. 300 copies were pressed in black/blue split vinyl for those in attendance at the show itself. These copies had to be pre-ordered at the June 17 show and then picked up at Third Man Records in person. At pick-up buyers were required to sign a sticker that reads: "I ______________ hereby certify that I was present at this live show and with ownership of a BLACK and BLUE (tm) am entitled to all the honors and benefits occurring thereto." Stickers were then placed over the open side of jacket to 'seal' the product. To remove the disc the buyers had to cut the seal.
