 My copy is also signed but says 'Very Best Wishes' rather than the usual 'Sincerely'.
It was also released on blue vinyl.

 Was this a mail order album?

...Mine too is signed by Emile; Which I found today; and having looked online, and ebay especially, I see that most of the ones there are also signed copies, so presume this must be a send-off for album or something of that sort.
