PhilMH ● 15th Jan 2015		Does anyone know why all (I think) subsequent issues of this album have "It Ain't No Fun" shortened to a second or two under six minutes from its original 7:15? Even Concord's most recent CD reissue is this way, and I emailed them at the time to ask why, but they never replied! I have the UK 1975 original issue distributed by Pye, and that's the full version. I vaguely remember reading that when Fantasy started their Stax reissues in 1977/78, they hired David Porter to run the label, and he supposedly remixed several records, so the edit was probably his doing.
