This UA disc of 33.33 rpm is composed of twelve tunes all of which arranged in the calendar chronological order style. Though Sleigh Ride In July might refer to a wish that will never occur, this tune might concern the common occurence of sleigh riding that takes place in the Southern Hemisphere where cold weather occurs during the summer season months hot weather is present during the winter season months.

This was the first time that Mr. Carter had the occasion to select the top-rated Hollywood studio jazz musicians who did not have to travel with him simply because this band was chiefly arranged in Hollywood, CA for only the purposes of recording music.
