Though this is the final Bobby Goldsboro disc of 33 rpm that was both monaurally and stereofonically issued in both the United States and Canada, the reverse jacket of this disc describes that Mr. Roy Orbison saw super potential in Bobby Goldsboro due to the fact that Mr. Goldsboro had successfully composed, produced and sang popular songs. Accordingly, such prosperity eventually led Mr. Goldsboro to have him become a super recording star with United Artist records.

While the tune With Pen In Hand was not issued by means of a disc of 45 rpm until 1972, this tune was popularized by Billy Vera in 1968 and Florencia Cardona a.k.a. Vikki Carr in 1969. Furthermore, Jonny Darrell had achieved success with this Pen In Hand tune by means of the country music hit parade in 1968.

Finally, the order of the tunes were properly indicated by means of the reverse jacket, but by means of the early discs of 33 rpm, the tunes of side 1 that were mistakenly placed on side 2, and the tunes of side 2 were erraneously typed on side 1.
