Notes Fitzwilly was a film that concerned a butler who was employed by an elderly heiress of whom Mr. Fitzwilly believed this heiress had millions of dollars. Sadly, this heiress had inherited only $180 from her father. The heiress hired a female assistant to help her create a dictionary that contained all the possible phonetic mistypings of words. Ultimately, the dictionary of the heiress was rewritten into a screenplay and sold to a Hollywood studio for half a million dollars. Even though Johnny Williams composed all the tunes of this disc of 33.33 rpm, the lyrics of the vocal tune "Make Me Rainbows" were written by Alan and Marilyn Bergman.
