Just out of interest,American albums with either:a corner cut off,a punch hole,or a notch (cd's),is this to indicate that it's for export?.Only this particular album must have been done at the place where they make the sleeves,because the inner sleeves(which look to belong) stick out,like a handkerchief in a top pocket (if you see what i mean),which surely must have pre-dated the insertion of the records?.
