| | The band comprise Brian Wilson’s wife Marilyn and her sister Diane Rovell. Beautiful melodic upbeat album (a la Beach Boys Sunflower). The Beach Boys can be heard to good effect on some tracks on this album. The magnificent track Sweet Mountain has great Beach Boy like vocals prominent in the coda after around 3 minutes in- but Brian Wilson is the only Beach Boy contributing to this track. |

| | chrisb: yes, that it will - i'm only just beginning to learn here (45/33cat.com, plus on-line sources) that united artists records (ua, liberty, liberty/ua, etc.) wasn't nearly as coherently-run an entity as it seemed to yr hmbl srppnt.'s younger self, way back in the nineteen sixtie^W ^W ^W days when it seemed "a transmerica company" meant something. . .
- but, if it turns up, the two can be separated into two linked items, plus a note to the effect that the earlier lp has turned up in the later sleeve. |

| | the band/duo's name was "spring", but became "american spring" on uk & eu releases because of another group's already having the unadorned season here, and "american spring" also back in merkia sometime in 1972 & onward. |

| | chrisb: the labels' cat# prefix was not also UAG on the record in the gatefold-sleeve album cover? |

| | 'Kickabout' by Teenage Fanclub was largely based on samples of the 'Everybody' track and it was also used for some while as the theme for a popular BBC talk show (McCiost and MacAulay). 'Kickabout' was also used in a 2015 Aldi ad campaign. |
