Guitarzan85 2nd Dec 2021		Wow, I didn't actually notice any comments on these RG pressings since I uploaded them! Believe me, it took me quite a bit of detective work to make sure I got the RCA Victor and PURE GOLD releases ABSOLUTELY right. Thanks for the clarification, PhilMH. I stand corrected on both pressings.



PhilMH 25th Jan 2020		I think you've got them the wrong way around, WM - the linked entry with the MSL catalogue number is the 1973 original, whereas this one with the VNL catalogue number, the PURE GOLD notation on the front cover, and the Summit distribution details on the back, is the later reissue. Michael de Looper's RCA LP listing shows this (undated) slap bang in the middle of 1979 reissues, most of which have a VAL prefix rather than VNL, but are in the same numerical series.
