 I've added clean labels but left the others up for contrast between dark and light in case these are variants.

 Yes, some with laminated sleeve and some without. The lamination was both front and back but I suspect it was a later pressing. The oldest looking version seems to be the unlaminated sleeve. Both were made by MacNeill Press Ltd., London S.E. 1 so there's nothing to differentiate them apart from the lamination.

 It looks some copies (first pressing?) came in laminated sleeve, mine not!
