Vinyl Album
Notes Warner Bros. Records was formed in 1958, at the dawn of stereo records. Nearly all album releases were pressed in mono and stereo. Initially (roughly, the first 100 LPs) had identical front covers with no indication of stereo or mono. Stereo LP's came in a special plastic outer sleeve that said STEREO in red on the front. Mono LP's had gray labels, and Stereo LP's had gold labels. Tab's first album, W/WS 1221 was produced by George Avakian and directed by Marty Wilson. It spawned a mono and a stereo EP and a 45 single.
