William Roscoe ''Rosko'' Mercer was a Los Angeles DJ on KBLA Los Angeles during the 1960s. His program was called The Evergreen Show.
Today, the LP has become a regional collectors item, not for the collection of tunes, but for the soulful DJ named Rosko.
