Label was created by American London (Decca) for compilation albums, but it appears this was the only number ever issued. One source said that it was issued on "London American" in the UK as catalog HAU 8086 but I am unable to verify that
Catalog number SW 33002 was assigned for the stereo version, but AGAIN, it is doubtful any were actually made.
