 Good point. Limited choice of material. Still a bit of a cheeky release, calling it the Best Of.

 Its surely just the best bits that Warner Bros had originally released.
Surely they wouldn;t have been able to put anything else on that later appeared on UA or Jet?

 Strange album all round if you ask me. Only eight tracks, and some of them live versions.

 looks a bit like a junior school art class "design the cover for the new ELO compilation" type design IMHO

 After thinking this was a candidate for the 'Worst Sleeves Ever' list I did a quick internet search for the designer, Philip Mortlock. Apparently he started his career in the music business designing record covers, worked for 17 years at Warner Music Australia, handling marketing, A&R, and eventually, became its managing director. (Discogs).
I still don't like it.
