 Harold Melvin of 'The Blue Notes' band took legal action against Young to prevent him using the name 'Bluenotes' so the cover art had to be amended to remove the name. Young then renamed the band as 'Ten Men Workin'' after the opening track.

 Added cover without any "& the Bluenotes", neither on front, nor back or spine, just plain old "Neil Young".....and it not just by mistake leaving out one print run, as the space beneath artist name and album title is much smaller by design, no place for "Bluenotes", and the "young" has the same red anyway. Bought near release date, in Germany (this was a European release, made in Germany, with UK and continental cat#s along price codes, as was WEA practice then)
