From 1968 to 1969, regardless of where an LP or 45 copy was pressed, Columbia's Nashville studios handled lacquer cutting for Stax/Volt product, hence 'XSBV' on LP's and 'ZTSB' on 45's.
Most LP's at this point were pressed by Columbia, so it wasn't necessarily exclusively for their record club. But {Images #2664430 & 2664432} is Pitman, {Images #688657 & 688658} is Terre Haute. Pitman is better laid out, I.M.H.O.
Could this be a Columbia Record Club pressing? STS 2001 is the correct catalogue number here, and the two side matrices XSBV 129819 and 129820 look like they could be Columbia's.
Here's a prime example of what I said on my note on the "Doin' Our Thing" album.
On the sleeve, it's "Booker T. And The M.G.'s"
On the Disc it's "Booker T. And The MG's"
