NIPPON COLUMBIA release
MGM label - STEREO 12" "YS 5000" Series

The above compilation is the original Connie Francis Highlights volume issued by Nippon Columbia. A mono edition, MGM SL 5056, omitting the word "stereo" from the title, was released five months later in April 1962.

Only 5 titles:

- Tennessee Waltz
- Among My souvenirs
- Malagunea
- Lipstick On Your Collar
- Mama
..........are to be found on both mono and stereo sets. The most notable exceptions, however, are the exclusion of Japanese-sung items. Picture sleeve is also different to the mono edition, and is a reproduction of that used on USA LP MGM SE 3942 MORE GREATEST HITS.
