 How about Stereo LP?
There sure is a mono rel. in 1959, but for this release?

 Reviewed in Gramophone in their February 1969 issue, so probably released late 1968 at the earliest.

 No, because the US releases were on Kapp (linked below), and Ace of Hearts belonged to British Decca, and if the label was used in the US at all (I don't think it was, but I won't swear to it), it would have been distributed by London Records, who had no connection to Kapp.
