 Yes, this is a sub-label of Outlet but Zip Records is the name of the actual record label shown. It has a number of 45s under the same name on 45cat.com. See here...

This does raise a couple of issues. 1) Is it UK or Ireland and with the case of the 45s most are clearly printed in Ireland (i.e. not the North) and not all of Outlet's work was north of the border (Homespun for example worked from a Dublin address). 2) Should it be Zip or Zip Records? We generally work from the rule that you can remove the Records from the label name to avoid every label name having "records" at the end. This is not a universal rule but it would be better for consistency if the Zip in 45 became Zip Records or if the Zip Records here, became Zip.

 I wonder if I should have put this as Zip Records/Outlet as clearly it is Outlet's address and promotions on the rear sleeve...................any thoughts anyone.
