At first, Dan sings Italian music that was very fashionable in 1960's. Debuted in 1966 with Pompilia Stoian at the televised show at “Students House of Culture Grigore Preoteasa”. They sang “Amour, Mon Amour My Love” and “The Young Ones” and other 1960's songs.
