The Chocolate Watch Band - Forty Four		I got mine, from which the images above were made, at the time of release and it came in a plain white inner sleeve with a cut out for the label on one side only.

Leonard Cohen - New Skin For The Old Ceremony		Have added a set of images of a record with the 'coniuncio spirituum' sleeve. C 33167 rather than KC 33167.
Was the US the only region with the sleeve depicting Cohen on both sides?
