There's nothing dubious about this. Coxsone had already reissued Ska-Boo-Da-Ba so he had access to Top Deck recordings. And he had a close relationship with Duke Reid in the late 60s.
What really matters is the matrix number. The labels changed depending on what was at hand when printing was done. FCD is the second pressing. WIRL was the first pressing according to Downbeat Special.

The Cry Me A River LP is my copy. Not sure where I got that, I probably found it at a record show.
