The Beatles - Now And Then [Red Vinyl] (2023)
Red vinyl was sold at HMV in the UK, but now sold out.

The Only Ones - Lovers Of Today (1977)
I thought that I owned a copy of this 12" but I cannot find it. What I did find were some interesting notes from Peter Perrett's biography 'Homme Fatale' by Nina Antonia, (see pictures).
The origins of the strange band photo used for the 7" cover and also as the stuck-on picture for the 12" are described in the book. An image, which looks like a 12" cover, is captioned "The cover for Lovers Of Today with the original flirtatious artwork", however the notes written in the paragraphs below, contradict what the 'original' 12" cover would actually become.
It now seems to me that the complete 'original artwork' (a tour poster with a chopped-up band photo arranged on top) was scrapped in favour of just using the (altered) band photo.

The Tickle - Magni Fly (2019)
I am disappointed with the sound quality of side A considering that this was meant to be coming from master tapes, it sounds a bit muffled/worn out.
Rose Coloured Glasses appeared on a bootleg many years ago which means that the only unheard track is Something Out Of Place.
I may be wrong but I thought that there were 5 songs recorded in this session; must consult 117 fanzine (when I find where I put them).

Weltklang - Vorwärts
I decided to scan the labels without removing the inner sleeve. I did this because my other very rare Weltklang record got covered in dust after scanning with inner sleeve removed. Very annoying.

My Bloody Valentine - Sunny Sundae Smile (1987)
There are counterfeit/pirated copies of this record so beware.
This is the last release with original singer David Conway and
something of a diversion into poppier territory for MBV:

My Bloody Valentine - The New Record By My Bloody Valentine (1986)
The third vinyl record by MBV and the trademark sound is beginning to come through, especially on the first track Lovelee Sweet Darlene. The plea on this sleeve (also noted on Geek) "Turn treble and volume up" may indicate that the band knew what sound they wanted but were finding it difficult to get the desired result on record.

My Bloody Valentine - GEEK!
My scanner did not captured the orange colour too well so I have attempted to make a colour adjustment in photoshop and uploaded the results, still not perfect but the best I can do.

My Bloody Valentine - Strawberry Wine (1987)
Added some scans of a genuine original Lazy Records pressing.
My scanner cannot capture the whole image so these are composites, however there are only a couple of tiny slithers of information missing on both images, and these are missing on the right side of the top-right corner, and on the left side of the bottom-left corner.
Pirate copies do exist, so be careful, the subtle colours of the text would be very difficult for a counterfeiter to match exactly. If you play a pirated copy and then play the genuine original record you will notice a great difference in sound quality.

I believe that one of the tracks on this EP is slightly different to the one used for the Ecstasy And Wine compilation.

My Bloody Valentine - GEEK!
Geek! was the second vinyl record by MBV, I don't think it is terrible (unlike Sunny Sunday Smile), but the band sound had definitely changed over the course of a year.
Quantities of this record suddenly appeared around the time the band signed to Creation, though I do not think this record was re-pressed because most of Fever's back catalogue also suddenly appeared in boxfuls. What I think happened was that the label (or distributers) had gone bust and then, after a while of nothing happening, the stock in the warehouse was liquidated and made its brief reappearance in record fairs up and down the country. Do be wary of counterfeits, the record has been pirated in recent years.

Collectors note that the orange sleeve fades to yellow quite alarmingly, the spine on my copy has lost almost all of its colour.

My Bloody Valentine - Tremolo EP (1991)
Much as I hate to get into train-spotter territory, the Tremolo EP came with a black poly-lined bag, just a standard bag used on other French pressings from Creation, nothing special.

My Bloody Valentine - You Made Me Realise (1988)
Matt card cover added, this single was kept in press for quite a while so slight variants are inevitable. The labels on my copy are similar to Darrenst's, the text looks sharper though the grey is more of a lighter colour, maybe with a touch of brown, generally not as high contrast as the ones shown.

My Bloody Valentine - Feed Me With Your Kiss (1988)
The 12" was kept in press for quite a while, as MBV kept getting bigger, and there are some variants on the blue/green/grey hues being used. The scans I have uploaded are of an early pressing with a shiny linen textured sleeve, and the scanner failed to get the colours exact (mine is actually more green-ish than the blue-ish ones you see here).
The labels on my copy are like Darrenst's except the text is sharper and is in a slightly grey colour instead of black.

EDIT: I have attempted to make some colour adjustments to my pictures in photoshop and uploaded the results, still not perfect but the closer to the what they should be (ie more greenish).

New Order - Blue Monday (1983)
Nerdy question: I know that the colour coding is meant to spell out details about the release such as catalogue number, artist, song title. So armed with that info can someone decipher the coding and confirm that the images are not upside down?

The Smiths - Shoplifters Of The World Unite (1987)
Some mispressed early copies come with "You Just Haven't Earned It Yet Baby" as the A-side, as reported in NME 7 Feb 1987. The error occurred because YJHEIYB was the originally planned A-side and a stamper was made ...and subsequently got muddled with the correct ones.

Bauhaus - Bela Lugosi's Dead (1979)
It was widely available on catalogue for years, then it disappeared for a short while, when it reappeared it was in a multitude of coloured vinyls. I think the early pressings are the ones that didn't have a spine, black vinyl of course.
