Talk Talk - My Foolish Friend (Extended Version) (1983)
"My Foolish Friend" track B2 is uncredited on the sleeve and label.

Bill Nelson - Flaming Desire (Long Version) (1982)
Demo copy labels uploaded. Gave this one a spin this evening, a truely superb record.

Scorpions - Is There Anybody There? (1979)
Another extremely loud 12" from Harvest!

Ultravox - Quiet Men (Full Version) (1978)
Many of the cheaper record players struggle to play the B-side without skipping. Serves as a good tracking test.

Purchased my copy in December 1978 from Virgin Marble Arch. Never seen another.

Bill Nelson's Red Noise - Revolt Into Style (1979)
A side incorrectly states this is a live recording. In common with some other Harvest 12" singles it's very loudly mastered. Blows me away every time!

12" Single
Bill Nelson - Flaming Desire (Long Version) (1982)
I have this in promo form with a sticker on the plain white sleeve with large "1" and "2" labels.

Another instance where the extended version is superior to the original.

Talk Talk - My Foolish Friend (Extended Version) (1983)
A rare occasion where the extended version is superior to the original. Brilliant!

12" Single
M - Pop Muzik (Long Version) (1979)
Presumably the A side isn't double groove like the UK issue. That version played both "Pop Muzik" short version and "M Factor" on Side A and "Pop Muzik" long version on Side B.

Bazooka Joe - Smallville (1990)
Superb single. I think the Bazooka Joe were from Leeds, only the label is based in Belgium with the actual records made in Holland and imported into the UK for that market and possibly the rest of Europe.

12" Single
Sun Dial - Exploding In Your Mind (1990)
Plays at 33 1/3rd RPM.
Great authentic '60s sound.

The Wild Poppies - Out Of Time (1989)
Listened to this the other day, quite incredible with some amazing guitar work, reminiscent of '60s psychedelia.

They originated from New Zealand. The last I heard was in February 1990 where the authorities were attempting to repatriate the guitarist as his visa had expired. Never heard anything more.

The Who - Substitute (1976)
Was this the first commercially available 12" single? I remember buying this one. Found it fascinating! Some early copies had a red "45 RPM" stickers on the label.
Side 2 "I'm a Boy" sounds superb. "Substitute" not so good, my original Reaction 7" is superior in sound quality I think.
This was issued in a 12" version of the Polydor company sleeve.

Television - Prove It (1977)
Two different green vinyl editions exist. The image shows the earlier light green pressing. Later copies were darker green in colour.
