(First International Alternative Song Contest) (1981)	Hi Billy, It is Smiley that runs the 'Vibe for Philo' every year on the 4th January for Phil Lynott, they were good friends and this is the only release by Smiley and title is a play on the way Irish say things like 'What 'Bout Ye!!'
