Le groupe venait juste de terminer une petite tournée en Scandinavie et Allemagne, et était au meilleur de son succès commercial et créatif, quand le 3 Février 1972, ils entrèrent au Strawberry Studios (au Château d’Hérouville), pour commencer l’enregistrement de ce qui deviendra leur album mythique “The Slider”. La séance d’enregistrement ainsi qu’un entretien avec Marc furent enregistrés et diffusés sur une chaine de télévision française..

The band had just completed a small tour of Scandinavia and Germany, and were at the height of their commercial and creative success, when on February 3, 1972, they entered Strawberry Studios (at Château d'Hérouville), to begin recording what will become their legendary album “The Slider”. The recording session as well as an interview with Marc were recorded and broadcast on a French television channel. Recorded live at Château d'Hérouville, France All songs by Marc Bolan.
theclarkness 13th Oct 2017		This was due 5 October due to mix up at pressing plant oh it comes with 3 Postcards mail order, due now 10 November. oh its on yellow semi opaque vinyl, the sleeve its on reverse board so you get a roughness on the cover (aiming for a shabby French chic kind of style). Postcards are all mono prints coloured up in Chat Noir" colours, the back is an old common base card i use for all of them with a faux Marc Bolan postal frank and a country of origin postage stamp
