 | whitewhale1965  Send MessageGift this member a subscription: Literally barrels of albums, 45s, CDs and tapes came into my possession around the turn of the century; mostly radio station jetsam. I'm slowly sorting it all out, organizing my library of music, and listening to selections I otherwise wouldn't have known existed. There are some excellent items here, mainstream pop recordings, lots of independent releases, and other material somewhat less interesting. My vinyl collecting began in the early 70's, and has waxed and waned over the years. I have numerous turntables including an Admiral mono player (with tubes!) so I can play my 78s. My expertise in the field of music and musicology is limited. I know what I like and I know it when I hear it. |
