Respect to Graham7, I’ve uploaded clearer images of the third sleeve variant. For reference the coding spells:-

 Added a non diecut sleeve.
Albert, I oriented my images based on the spine text reading top to bottom and the sleeve opening to the right as is convention for most records. I have no idea about the coding.

Nerdy question: I know that the colour coding is meant to spell out details about the release such as catalogue number, artist, song title. So armed with that info can someone decipher the coding and confirm that the images are not upside down?

Quoting mister_tmg: " Interesting! Shame the singer isn't a crooner though..."

Personally I've always had this joke running through my head of Elmer Fudd singing it

How does it feelwa to tweat me wike you do?
When you've waid your hands upon me and told me who you awe

Strange, no-one has even mentioned the music. Absolutely brilliant track, something that I never tire of hearing (unless someone plays it to me 30 times on the trot maybe)

Have a Listen. A 12" Only release at the time. Die Cut Sleeve was Limited as Too Expressive to Keep Issuing. Uses Sample from Divine - Love Reaction. H.

Images of diecut "floppy disc" sleeve with silver inner added.
Surprised there weren't any cover images yet, considering this is the most "Owned" record on 12" World.

There are dozens of variations. There's a guy in Belgium who habitually messages internet sellers of this record, asking them for the matrix. Should you be reading this, my friend - if you can keep such a meticulous list of different matrix variations, then maybe you could also keep a list of the people you've already contacted. Save bothering the same person on a dozen or more occasions.
