GEMSMFAN 12th Jan 2016		Cinema Vegas Vacation (National Lampoon's Las Vegas Vacation) (1997)	Review in my opinion, the dumbest of the "Vacation" movies. whatever wasn't covered in the other movies is presented here and National Lampoon's didn't have a hand in this one. Wayne Newton appears in this in the casino. National Lampoon's created one other "Vacation" movie "Christmas Vacation 2: Cousin Eddie's Island Adventure" (2003), with the original actress that played "Audrey Griswold" which was made for television and was awful. GEMSMFAN 12th Jan 2016		Cinema Vegas Vacation (National Lampoon's Las Vegas Vacation) (1997)	While it has been also called, "National Lampoon's Las Vegas Vacation" The movie is not part of the National Lampoon's series of comedy movies It is simply titled "Vegas Vacation". For Europe they must have retitled it and probably so it would be recognized better. the titles should be reversed making the submitted title, the alternate, since it is an American movie, the U.S. title is primary.

GEMSMFAN 3rd Jan 2016		CD Album Teddy Pendergrass - TP	light purple CD tray. Many of "The Right Stuff" releases had colored CD trays, colors other than black or grey. This actually is a CD reissue. The original issue was released as, Philadelphia International, ZK 36745.
GEMSMFAN 2nd Jan 2016		LaserDisc Star Wars - CBS / Fox	This was the original movie as shown in 1977, before the remastering, re-editing, scene changes and special effects updating that was done when this went back to the theatres and later what was released on a then new DVD format, as Episode 4 "A New Hope". The laserdisc was first released in Full (Standard) Screen format with same cover photo, but minus the top black/grey banner. This was because most viewers preferred a complete picture verses one with the top and bottom black bars which meant a wider, but smaller TV picture.

GEMSMFAN 24th Dec 2015		Cinema Scrooge	This was the motion picture shown at Radio City Music Hall for their Christmas Shows in 1970. An actual color paperback picture book was printed for sale at the venue, which I remember my mom bought, although I don't know whatever happened to it. Anyway, for many years Radio City included a movie (quite often a Disney film), for their Christmas show, along with the stage show. Not anymore.

In later years, Dolly Madison bakeries was the sponsor. This is the second longest running Christmas special, still airing on broadcast television, behind "Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer", which was created a year earlier.
