My copy has blue labels for all four sides, and all are stamped "Sterling LH" in the runouts. Also, they are enclosed in an Apple cover. I obtained this record secondhand, so I cannot be sure that it was really sold that way.

This 'Necco' version could be obtained by mailing in $1 plus three Necco wrappers and a coupon that was printed in the Sunday papers in April 1967. See here for details.

LaurenceD SUBS 6th Jun 2023		Classical Item Amadeus Quartet, Robert Cohen - Schubert: Streichquintett	According to Stereo Review (Dec 1987), this was the last recording by the Amadeus Quartet. Violist Peter Schidlof died on Aug 16, 1987. The surviving members announced that they would not attempt to replace him, and the quartet disbanded.
