TheDroid 23rd Sep 2024		Vinyl Album Chicago Transit Authority - Chicago Transit Authority	annaloog: For what it's worth, according to Wikipedia "By the end of the Chicago Transit Authority sessions, the band had decided they wanted it to be a double album. Skeptical, as the band had no track record, Columbia agreed to the concept only if the group would take a royalty cut.". They were quite productive, as in addition to the album, at least six other songs were done during the sessions including "Wake Up Sunshine".

Rappaport. This is correct, as Chunky, Novi & Ernie was a trio featuring Ilene Rappaport that featured the song on their eponymously named 1974 LP. Rappaport went on to record as Lauren Wood achieving success as a singer-songwriter, voice over artist and commercials. mod edit: changed to the sleeve designation.

No idea why the packaging for this purported U.K. version is so drastically different from the U.S. release [url][/url]S21C 10001. The two insert pages shown are single sided and printed on light card stock.
