When I was modding there last week, I queried the submitter about the diameter, and he confirmed that it is 10". I then advised him to submit it here; irrespective of the material, it's still 10".

If it's 'Alison's Uncle' then you should add a new entry (with 'Europe' as the country). If it's called 'Bangoon', then perhaps it should be added to the existing Europe entry as a variant.
