Most of these were released with both "M" and "MM" or "DM" set numbers. The sets with just a single M were numbered in "regular" order (i.e. disc 1 was side 1 & side 2, disc 2 was side 3 & side 4, etc.) The "MM" or "DM" sets were numbered in "changer order" (i.e., record one was side 1 and side 6, record 2 was side 2 and side 5, record 3 was side 3 and side 4)
