I want a Canadian copy of the 78 on eBay a few months ago The seller was based in the UK. I have no idea how he got hold of it and when I asked, he said he wasn’t sure either

I’d like to make a correction regarding my notes – and the way I worded it

The way I worded it made it sound like I was saying only the UK got it as a 78, however Canada also got it on a 78 though I’m not sure about the states feel free to correct me if I’m wrong! I do have Canadian and American pressings of the 45s as well as a promotional 45

The photos are my own personal copy sadly there’s a hairline crack in the disk and if it breaks, I know I’ll never find another copy. It took me 10 years to find this one.

Given it has been stated as 78 only in UK I doubt a 45 does exist. 1958 is really late for 78only but Philips/Fontana were always oddball about things

It is also possible that this was released on 45 in the UK, as I have seen 45 RPM copies of H.110 and H.112, It is also possible that there is another Fontana release from Eileen Barton titled Everybody’s Buddy, as Billie Anthony recorded it in 1957 For Columbia, and Eileen was the first to record that song and British singers usually covered the Americans
