25 year old fan of vintage music from the early to mid 1900s, i know and love all singers of the 50s, and collect many 78s and 45s of that era.

James Carson2 15 hours ago		78 RPM Eileen Barton - Signpost / Jesse James	Jesse James was first recorded by on Kitty White on Kem records, but I’m not sure if Eileen was the first record signed post, I do remember years ago hearing sign post being sung by someone else but I can no longer find any evidence of that as when I google signpost along with its songwriters, I don’t get much luck
James Carson2 15 hours ago		78 RPM Eileen Barton - Signpost / Jesse James	I found the record on Discord a few days ago was sent to me from the Netherlands and arrived this morning totally unexpected given the time of year, I am not entirely surprised that this hadn’t yet already been submitted to the site, given that Eileen‘s European records don’t show up that often, particularly a UK ones
James Carson2 19 hours ago		78 RPM Jo Stafford - Jolly Jo (M + H + R X 3ee-oo / 4/4 Aa3 X 32 = Bop) / Smiles	I was able to find a picture of the smiles side, but it is not mine. I found it on my iPhone gallery, once I am able to locate a copy of my disc I will post post a replacement picture of it
James Carson2 20 hours ago		78 RPM Jo Stafford - Jolly Jo (M + H + R x 3ee-oo / 4/4 aa3 x 32 = Bop) / Smiles	I’d like to confirm that I do not yet own this UK pressing, it is currently listed on eBay for £26 + £6 postage. That is where I got these photos from. If this goes against any rules I’m happy to remove the photos but for now at least we know this is a legitimate release.
James Carson2 20 hours ago		78 RPM Jo Stafford - Jolly Jo (M + H + R x 3ee-oo / 4/4 aa3 x 32 = Bop) / Smiles	Xiphophilos- thanks for all your comments, https://www.45worlds.com/78rpm/record/57604 here I have submitted the USA pressing, with a photo of the Jolly Jo side I found on my iCloud gallery, it seems I never took a photo of the Smiles side but once I locate the disc again, I’ll be sure to do so The Jolly Jo side on my USA copy has slight label damage as you can see on the photo but I think Smiles is okay
