Damon 11133 - The record is very common on ebay. I checked 15 copies, and found that types #1a & 1b are about equally common. They are not mixed on the discs; #1a is never coupled with #1b. One copy is slightly different and has the composers names printed more compact (#1c), but the images are mediocre. None of these 15 copies was type #2. - I have added better images of #1a and the "oval" images can be hidden. The name "Vic Damon" is scratched in the runout, as is visible on the #1a B-side scan.

Damon 11133 - 2 label variants added. On the first (#1a A/B) the word "Featuring" is positioned more to the left. May be this is the 1st edition (one copy seen), and on the (more common) later printings the word was moved to the center (see its position above SONDRA). On the other variant (#2, B-side only known) the credit says "AND" instead of "and". The earlier release 11130 has credit "JON and SONDRA STEELE", so "AND" may be an original 1st edition misprint or a later repressing.

Damon 11133 - The recently added labels are Canadian and need a separate entry. It is the only Canadian Damon I have seen. It is characterized by the font (common on Canadian issues) and the absence of "Kansas City" below the label name. -
Discogs incorrectly lists the Canadian labels as US and does not show images in its entry for the Canadian release.
Mod Edit:- We bow to your superior knowledge and steps have been taken
