Makes me think that this is possibly a UK release

Gene Vincent And His Blue Caps - Gene Vincent And The Blue Caps		Not so easy

Cliff Gallup bowed out at an early stage as he was an older family man and had no interest i all the travelling. Wiki says he left in 1956 Bassist Jack Neal left about the same time
Russell Williford and then Johnny Meeks took over main guitar duties after that
Paul Peek replaced Wee Willie Williams
Dickie Harrell on drums
Bobby jones was the one who played Fender bass

The 1957-58 lineup was Johnny Meeks, Dickie Harrell, Paul Peek, and Tommy “Bubba” Facenda
I'd guess the telecaster is Milliford
