The BBC in the UK refused to play "A Rose And A Baby Ruth" so ABC-Paramount had Hamilton re-record the offending line 'Baby Ruth' with 'Rose And A Candy Bar' and spliced it into "A Rose And A Baby Ruth" to create the alternate "A Rose And A Candy Bar".
