"Fats" Waller And His Rhythm - Your Feet's Too Big / Bless You (1939)
HMV MH-52 - original labels added (Made in England in italics), plus a later variant of the B-side, with publishers logos as on the next main type (MADE IN ENGLAND), which is already present. - Most likely this issue was for general export and not aimed at Portugal.

Glenn Miller - Wham (Re-Bop-Boom-Bam) / A Handful Of Stars (1954)
HMV MH-181 - Corrections for A-side: 1) 2nd composer of "Wham" is "Taps" Miller" (biography on wikipedia). 2) This title, recorded 5 Sep 1939, is not from the 1940 "Hullabaloo" soundtrack. 3) Original issue Bluebird B-10399-B says "Vocal refrain by Marion Hutton and chorus".

Roy Rogers - Dangerous Ground / I'm Restless (1947)
RZ MR-3795 - Date 1942 here (and on some neighbouring numbers in the MR series) is very wrong. A-side was recorded 3-3-1947, Victor mx D7VB-476; B-side 4 Sep 46, mx D6VB-2135. Release date of Vic 20-2236 (linked) is given here as Apr 1947 (and as May 1947 on discogs). Date indications are: MR-3766 is by a Dance Band Championship 1945 prize winner, and MR 3785 by a 1946 prize winner. Date of MR-3779 is given as Oct 1946. - Actually I was looking for the last issue with the MR prefix (with serifed font) followed by a space and with a 2-line legend above the label name (present on MR 3789), and for the first issue with the MR prefix (in sans serif font) followed by a dot and with a 4-line legend above the label name (present on MR.3807). And then it appeared that in the range MR.3791-3795 the sans serif prefix is followed by a dot, but there is still a 2-line patent legend.

Doris Day - Whatever Will Be, Will Be (Que Será, Será) / Twelve O'Clock Tonight (1957)
Co(Co) 31134 - As stated along the label rim, the record was "Made in Colombia by Ind. Fon." and this is explained on the sleeve: "Fabricated & distributed in Colombia by "Tropical" Records", which was an important Columbian record label of company Ind.Fon. - 'Tropical(Co)' 78s are not here on this site, but discogs says: "Colombian label established in the 1940s. Was owned by (Industrias Fonograficas) Discos Tropical from Barranquilla, founded by Emilio Fortou Pereira in 1945. This company was also the CBS licensee in Colombia." Apparently in the 50s the contacts were with Mexican Columbia. - It appears that I have 1 label image in this Co(Co) series, 31135 "Soy un extaño" (prob. misspelling) by Ricardo Yarke. Also white label, but this is no problem I think, as the Argentine Co C-20000 series started with blue label issues, and then was white with blue print until the end in the 21000s (for ex., 20545 by Doris Day).

King Oliver's Creole Jazz Band - Riverside Blues / Mabel's Dream (1945)
Br(E) 03575 - Label variants added. After the original TT pressing with A/B sides (A = Riverside), the coupling was reversed. Thus A = Mabel on LT, CT, +IP. But the earliest reversal has still a TT code, and this seems to indicate that the coupling on the original TT pressing was an error. Also an image of this 2nd TT pressing with LT stamp (apparently the next tax code) added. For export, the record got Decca paste-over labels, apparently over CT labels (see printed mx number, that starts before the cat.nr beneath it). - Note wrong recording date 1922 on all labels.

De 1044 (181-3/4) - added is an image of the original B-side (#1), released with sunburst label long before Album 181 was produced; orig. A-side has not yet been found. Of the Album release 4 variants (all Decca block labels) are known. Also added are images of 3 label types of the album pressings (#2-3, 5), type #4 being already present.

Bing Crosby - Star Dust: A Group Of Sentimental Songs Sung by Bing Crosby (1940)
De 3540 (181-5/6) - images of disc 3 added, with same label type (#3) as already present. Album 181 exists in 4 variants, starting with the 1st version of the Decca block type (#1), followed by the next 2 block label types (#2-3), and then the last block type with the side numbers in large print (#4). Disc 6 (#3) is already present as a separate entry and these images should be added here. The separate entry of disc 4 is #1, but the images can be added here too, of course. - As every type consists of 12 labels, the ultimate goal here is 48 images. The 4 label types are shown under disc 2, Decca 1044.

Otto Dobrindt mit seinem grossen Künstler-Orchester - Norwegischer Tanz-Nr. 2. Op. 35 / An Den Frühling-Nr. 6. Op. 43 (1939)
Od(E) O-26383 - This is an UK pressing (should be corrected), with the same catnr as the German original, which has an O-prefix. See my comments at Od(UK) O-25329.

Georges Boulanger - Toselli-Serenade / La Paloma (1935)
Od O-25329 - The prefix in this British Odeon series is the letter 'O', not the digit 0 (zero), and should be corrected on all (i.e. the few) entries here. These are UK pressings of selected issues from the large German O-series, retaining the original cat.nrs. The German labels show a/b sides (and these are correct here). - I have added a later printing of B, with "Lied / Die Taube" repositioned, and in the rim text the space before "or" is absent (i.e. corrected, and thus later). - I have also added for comparison an example of the German release (which can be hidden). German Odeon labels were regularly reprinted and exist in many variants.

Ted Lewis - Tiger Rag / Blues (My Naughty Sweetie Gives To Me) (1926)
Co 770-D - added are the (common) original black labels (#1), plus only the B-sides of the next two black label types (#2 & 3, both rare). Type 3 has the Jan '13/RE legend that also occurs on the next label type, the first silver picture labels. There are 2 variants of the Jan '13/RE picture label: #4a has the title in serifed font (as on the preceding issues) (partial A-side added), and #4b has a sans-serif font. The next silver picture label (#5) has the bottom legend in a single line and a different text below the logo. The next type is a blue picture label (#6), used for a few very popular Columbia artists, with the picture at 12. On type #7 the picture is replaced by the Columbia notes logo; this is the last type with the label name in lower case. On type #8 the label name COLUMBIA is in upper case. And the last known type (#9: Full Range Recording) is rare again (as everyone already had the record), but its existence is proven by a very bad image of the B-side.

The Cotton Pickers - Rampart Street Blues / Kansas City Kitty (1929)
Br 4325 - Yes, West Coast pressing, with description at upper right. Note that the West Coast still has the earlier label type, without the patent nr below the label name, and also still uses an earlier font for the cat.nr. On East Coast pressings, the last label without the patent nr I have seen is 3931, thus much earlier.

Freddie Mitchell - Easter Boogie / Idaho Boogie (1950)
Derby 733 - The tune is Irving Berlin's "Easter Parade", as can be heard on archive. On the original issue Mitchell a.o. (band members?) claimed "Easter Boogie" as their composition, but after Berlin threatened with legal action (as said on 'rateyourmusic'), the real composer appeared on the label of "Easter Boogie", and subsequently the song title was changed into its original form. So there are 3 versions of the beige/pink label. - In its only Billboard mention (8 Apr 1950, Best-Selling Retail Records), the tune title is "Easter Boogie", confirming that this is the original Derby title. And on the later black label pressing (the last beige label seen is 814), the corrected title and composer are shown. Note that Mitchell recorded more "Boogie" versions of existing tunes, like Derby 739 "Till Tom Boogie".

De F-9300 - have added the original labels, with IP tax code. Not CT, as thought by xiphophilos. Last CTs I could find are F-9287-89, whereas F-9286, 9292/93, 9295, 9303 are IP (all on discogs).

EBR 844 - images added with different label types, from the first EBR pressing, with the A side as Nebraska only. Other, later label variants (here and on discogs) give the full title. The record may have been released on Radio before (last Radio is 846), as similar fonts occur on Radio.

M. Tino Rossi - Serenade Sans Espoir / Bambinella (1939)
Co(E) DF - There are several "Made in England" issues in this series. I think only by the most popular artists, like super-star Josephine Baker, so the British did not have to import many heavy records. Also Boyer and Rossi. And then it was easy to retain the French number.

Joséphine Baker - J'ai Deux Amour / La Petite Tonkinoise (1938)
Co(H) DF 229 (1938) - I doubt if this record exists. No one owns it, and the correct A title would be "... Amours". Was there a reason to repress Baker's 1930 hit in Holland in 1938? It was very often repressed in France. I only have seen Co(H) DF releases in a 3000 postwar series. - The remake with Jo Bouillon was released in UK as Co(E) DCF 129, and of that record Dutch and Danish pressings exist.
