According to a discography by Eddie Shaw the D.C.V. prefix is for the Austrian market.
As I see it, is the intendent market the same as country of release.
The record is from the 30s I think.
DCB is for Belgium, DCF for France & DCT is for Turkey for example.
All of them made in the UK, but probably not sold there.
More opinions would be great.
