"Sweethearts" was a musical from 1913 with music by Victor Herbert and lyrics by Robert B. Smith, not Harry B. Smith as credited on the label. Harry B. Smith was Robert B. Smith's brother, and actually co-wrote the book for "Sweethearts".

Paul Robeson - Little Pal / Lonesome Road (1929)
Both films are from 1929. "Say It With Songs" starred Al Jolson, and "Show Boat" was shot as a silent film but some talking and singing was added before it was released.
Robeson was of course in the 1936 remake of "Show Boat", although 'Lonesome Road' did not appear in that version.

Jack Payne - When You've Got A Little Springtime In Your Heart / Over My Shoulder (1934)
'Evergreen' was a 1934 musical starring Jessie Matthews, who sang both of these songs in the film. The film was based on the 1930 stage musical 'Ever Green' by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart, which also starred Matthews.
'Over My Shoulder' became Jessie Matthews' theme song, and was the title of her 1974 autobiography.
