Top it all off with the US/Canadian prices printed on each. black labels: US 65 cents / Canada 85 cents blue labels: US 85 cents / Canada 90 cents They are obviously from two separate eras.

As you can see there is an ink stamp located in the bottom left corner which refers to Canadian pricing. I have no doubt that the outer sleeve made available in Canada is identical and the same as this US product.
