 @gregs45s: You entered this record so long ago, it may not be easily accessible (unless your collection is far better organized than mine). But if it is, could you check whether another matrix number is visible in high relief under the label?

 The "Austria March" is probably identical with the most famous piece composed by Austrian military band director Johann Nowotny (1852-1896), the Regimental March of the Infantry Regiment Nr. 92, "Aller Ehren ist Österreich voll“ (op. 28).

The title of the March (meaning "Of all honors is Austria full") seems to be Nowotny's interpretation of the mysterious motto A.E.I.O.V. used by the first Habsburg emperor, Frederick III., to mark all his possessions.

Since capital V and U were indistinguishable in Latin, it probably was an abbreviation of the Latin phrase, Austriae Est Imperare Orbi Universo ("It is Austria's destiny to rule the whole world").
