 Actually, this is definitely a UK release because of the 0- (not O-) prefix. Compare, for example, https://www.45worlds.com/78rpm/record/031125. I've changed the country from Sweden to UK.

This would have been released around 1937 or 1938.

 The text is German (und sein Musette Orchester) and the prefix O, so could this be a German release after all? Or is this a D (= Danish release). The images are so unfocused, it's difficult to say for sure.
